A locally owned operation in Split — shared and private boat tours, one modern boat, and captains who grew up on this coast.
Split — our home port
Croatia's Dalmatian coast is our home, not our product.
We grew up around these islands, swimming in these bays and spending our summers on the Adriatic. Long before we started taking guests out on the water, this was simply where we spent our time.
Croatia Boat Tours was created to share that experience with people visiting Split — not through rushed itineraries or crowded boats, but the way we believe the Adriatic should be experienced: with fewer people, more freedom and time to actually enjoy where you are.
Whether it's your first time in Croatia or a place you return to every summer, we want you to experience the coast the way we know it.
We don't believe a great boat tour is about fitting as many stops as possible into one day.
It's about knowing which bay will be quiet in the morning. When to reach an island before the crowds arrive. Where the water will be clearest that day. And sometimes, knowing when the best decision is simply to stay a little longer.
That's where local knowledge makes the difference. Our approach is simple:
Fewer people. Better places. No rushed itineraries.
From half-day escapes to the Blue Lagoon to private days exploring Hvar, Vis, Brač and the islands beyond Split, every experience is designed around enjoying the Adriatic rather than racing through it.
Our shared experiences are limited to a maximum of 12 guests. That means more space aboard, easier swimming stops and a completely different atmosphere from the large-group tours operating along the coast. You should feel like you're spending a day on the Adriatic — not joining a queue.
Our captains know these waters because we grew up here. We know the famous places worth seeing, but also the quieter bays, swimming spots and small details that don't always appear in guidebooks. Conditions on the Adriatic change every day, so we use that knowledge to help make each trip as enjoyable as possible.
Private tours are exactly that — private. There is no need to follow the same rigid itinerary as everyone else. Stay longer somewhere you love, stop for lunch by the sea, find a quiet bay for a swim or adjust the day around what your group wants to experience. We'll recommend the route. You set the pace.
Your day on the water should feel comfortable from the moment you step aboard. Our modern Felix 33 is carefully maintained and equipped for long days exploring the Adriatic, with plenty of space to relax between stops. From safety and cleanliness to equipment and service, we take care of the details so you can concentrate on enjoying the day.
There are hundreds of ways to see the Croatian coast.
What we offer is something more personal.
A small group. A comfortable boat. Local captains. Beautiful places. Cold drinks. Good music. And enough freedom to enjoy the Adriatic without constantly watching the clock.
Just a great day at sea.
Some of the best places in Dalmatia aren't reached by road.
They're hidden behind islands, beneath cliffs and inside quiet bays that look completely different from the water.
That's the Croatia we want to show you.
Every charter starts with a conversation. Tell us who's coming, how many days you have, and what matters most — we'll handle the rest.
